COMPASSIONATE AND STRONG
Life is far more complex and messier than we ever imagined.
I believe change is possible. If you are feeling stuck in life, if you are needing help in your relationships, if you are feeling overwhelmed; it would be my honour to walk alongside you in a counselling relationship.
I have experience working with women fleeing domestic violence, I work with children, teens, adults, couples and family groups.
I also accept First Nations Health Authority Clients.

I thought it would be nice to show you a few photos of some of my favourite activities: cycling, paddle boarding, hanging out at the beach with my family and going on adventures.
